I try to keep this straightforward. No packages, no upfront commitments. Just clear information so you know what to expect.
Payment is due before each session. I accept bank transfer (BACS) or cash.
Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let me know as soon as you can. I ask for at least 48 hours' notice where possible. With less than 48 hours' notice, the full session fee will need to be charged. This isn't about being rigid. It's simply that your slot is held specifically for you each week and can't easily be filled at short notice.
I'll always give you as much notice as I can if I need to move or cancel a session. I generally take a week off every six weeks, and some time off around December and January. I'll let you know well in advance.
